Why do you advertise 24/7, when I went at 4:30 a.m. to your Mentor location on 9530 Diamond Centre, the lights were on, but not a single employee there. I knocked on the doors, went around the building twice, no cars anywhere in the parking lot.
Why does it take over a half hour to make a milkshake because ive been sitting for over that long

Stopped at the diamond center location at about 11:45am. Lights inside were on. Nobody answered the drive thru speaker so I called, around 8 rings someone picked and said they wouldn't be open for 45 more minutes. Seriously?!
Why is this place so inconsistent. U wait for ever in the drive thru. I'm sitting here now and they don't even have the lights on for the drive thru.b
