Why do you advertise 24/7, when I went at 4:30 a.m. to your Mentor location on 9530 Diamond Centre, the lights were on, but not a single employee there. I knocked on the doors, went around the building twice, no cars anywhere in the parking lot.

Granted this was a few years ago, but have not had problems with dining at Steak n Shake after midnight. Except once when there was some water/pipe work going on and they had to be closed. Most disappointing was I just so happened to have returned from a flight overseas and was really hungry.

Do not trust the 24/7 they advertise as they are typically closed by at least midnight and its always the same excuse of 3rd shift workers not showing up!

Lol I did the same thing. I ordered online and paid with credit card. I went there and they were closed. I called next day to get refund and the guy said "we have the new hours posted on the door, you should've known". The hours are not changed on the website and they are giving me a hard time about getting a refund. They told me if I want a refund I have to call a corporate number......like cmon bro I just want my food or money back.
