I purchased a washer and dryer from here along with an extended warranty. Too many issues to go through all of them. The first problem was after it was installed, it flooded my utility room. When they came back they flooded it again because they didn’t connect things correctly. Then someone entered that I received another washer and that took my turning into “Karen” to get it resolved ( several sales people, 2 supervisors, and the head of the store). Would not recommend buying major appliances

I bought a TV and sound bar during my most recent visit. Tim was wonderful and answered all the questions I had and then some. He was very informed and helped me get a better setup than I was initially going to buy. He helped explain setup as well so when I got home it was easy getting everything put together and started up.

The people at the store were great! Helpful and patient with questions. Corporate is letting down their people. We bought a $1800 LG fridge. We changed from stainless steel on our old fridge to to black. Got home and decided to change all the other appliances. Dishwasher, range and microwave. Tried to call the store to ask if we could take advantage of the bundle price. You can no longer call your local store. Every call goes to a National call center. Why own a brick and morter if you are going to run it like a web store? We will canel our fridge Monday and our $6000+ will go elsewhere. Customer care needs to come 1st. If this is how it is before our initial purchase is even delivered, we will go to a place that cares about the people taking the time to walk in the door.

I dont live in Ohio but here in San Diego at Best Buy they do. I would say yes because the stores are the same. Give them a call before you go.
Geek Squad and Best Buy managers usually respond well to calm interactions. I would recommend going to customer service, ask for either the GM or Ops manager, and explain the situation calmly.

The model number should be on the back of the TV on a sticker. If you have hdmi ports it should be near or around there. I have a samsung so I couldn't tell you where its located at on the back. If you call best buy they will tell you the same thing and may be able to locate it.
Not sure if they can fix s20 screens. Since they sell them, they may be able to recommend a place that does.

You have the receipt the name of the product to call Best Buy and you asked them . They can tell you What warranty you have at that point .

Almost all current electronic devices are made to be thrown away when they fail. It's too expensive to repair, many have custom chips etc. If you happen to have someone that's an electronic tech or into computers, they may be able to help. Exception: many smartphones can be repaired.
