I have called two stores, mentor and mayfield. Waited on hold for 30 min each time. noone ever answered. Called mentor back again, 20 more minute wait, no answer. what is going on?

Ive had the same problem with the mentor store, it's just awful customer service!

If they have departments try to pick a different department I've never had a problem when calling
