Yes i did ask. I was told that the executive lounge is not open 24 hours to Honors members. Only specific hours. This is the only Hilton property that i have stayed at that does this.
Hi there! Our Concierge Lounge is open Monday - Friday. The lounge does close on the weekends beginning on Friday after breakfast and reopens on Monday morning for breakfast. Honors members staying with us on weekends receive breakfast & appetizer vouchers for our m&m Bistro restaurant. We hope this helps to clear up any confusion.
It might be your key, this happened to my friends in the past, and it was resolved at the front desk.
