I do maintenance work here from time to time. These people are very caring what are clients in a wonderful place for donations. A lot of time in Hartford Cheshire Manchester facilities. People really do care!

They make too much noise, i live right next to this place and is sooo annoying I can’t even sleep. There is an employee that parks in the parking lot everyday with the music up to the highest volume everyday like I don’t need that when later on i have to work and im just trying to sleep plus they make too much noise every time they talking to each other outside not the customers but the employees. I will be reporting this to the police also to see what they can do.

We primarily drop off clothing at this facility. the staff has always been friendly. We also like knowing that this organization ultimately helps people in the community, Through various education and outreach programs.

We are not able to provide financial compensation for items donated, however, when you donate to Goodwill, your donations help others, as the sale from donations we receive helps support our job training and support services assisting thousands of CT residents yearly. Your donations are also tax deductible and we will provide you a receipt for your donations for use in filing your yearly tax returns if you like. They do not accept futons or any kind of fold out bed

There are, however, many charities in the Hartford area whose mission it is to provide relief in the form of free clothing, food etc. Please visit www.211ct.org and enter your needs into the search feature. It will direct you to places that help with the relief you are seeking. If you or your fiance need help with finding and attaining employment, we can help. We operate a free career center at this location and we would happy to assist.
