They increase prices with no prior notice. You find out when you get the bill. This is really not necessary and does not build good will.

Aggressive threatening collection department I have used All Waste through price hikes and tipping over my trash can after emptying (this lasted for three months and many phone calls before it stopped). I have an auto payment set up. The collection department sometimes messes it up and sends out a threatening notice that they will stop the service. The second time it happened was too much. I do not want to be hassled and deal with an unfriendly company to have weekly trash disposed of. Thank goodness there is an alternative.

I have had Allwaste for years now and have been very happy with them. The customer service is great and if I have extra stuff they are quick to take care of it. I do both waste and recycling with them.

Worst company. They missed 3 curbside pickup. We called office,, and they promised to remove everything next time, but never happened. We caught the trash truck driver, and asked him to removed trash, he said the trash is too heavy, and refused to do so. It's been such a bad experience to remain trash for such a long time. They could notify us if they have issue deal with the trash, but they don't care, and just leave trash there.
