Scared to handle drug dealers and other problems on the streets of hartford, One thing that makes me mad is they have the nerve to use auto dailing begging for money! Because people in general are animals , human nature.and for being allowed .people who commit crimes really dont care about who the hurt or effect. In the citys in which i live , i have seen a few generations of bad parenting and just recklessness when raising their children. Crime is not allowed .but now you have a generation who know the police arent going to throw the book at minors commiting crime ans parents whe are like not my kid .so what can be done about it?
