Ginseng hunting is allowed but it is on a lottery system during a specified season. July 19th the deadline.

NO WAY! This is a National Park, picking up rocks is a bad idea, doing something for profit will get you 25 years.

I don't believe it is, as national parks always have rules about taking things from public lands. They might grant permits, but I don't know for sure.

Of course you can. Just have to get a permit. Most things you can harvest need a permit.
