Depends on the car you choose: there are open and concession cars with allowable policy. We were first class and meal/desert was included. With liquor available. Must be 21 an up! It depends on how much you want to spend.check the websites and choose what best suits your taste. You will enjoy!
We rode afew weeks ago. All was free, included with the tickets, we were iñ the open car. Great ride
No personal drinks or snacks are allowed. You might be able to slip a water bottle in, but you are expected to purchase drinks and snacks on the train. Sorry
