Theres not a set time for the rustic area, but we had left by 1pm. The park guy came down to check us in at dusk, around 9pm, I'm guessing thats when you'd see anyone return and probably only if you actually rented a spot. We encountered some folks who just crashed our site, but were okay in sharing the cost to stay.
