Talk about customer service, I purchased the EPA compliant tune for my 2016 Ecoturd a couple years ago and recently had the tone wheel update. I called in last Friday and received a message they were already closed for the holiday weekend, but low and behold later that day I received a call from them and got everything set up. Thanks guys, can’t wait to get the tune back on my truck.

I have had my tune installed for about 2.5 weeks now and I love it! My 2018 Ram Ecodiesel was a sleepy dog and after owning it for a couple weeks I was ready to trade it in on something else. The folks at GDE got me setup with a tune for my truck and WOW! It drives like the next gen Ram's and the character and performance are so much better it is unreal. It cut the turbo lag down considerably and the transmission now responds to my inputs and not to its own agenda. My mileage has gone up 2-3 mpg and the truck has more power everywhere. Thank you GDE!!

Great customer service. Absolutely love my 2015 Ecodiesel now. Now I know when my truck is doing a regen this should be factory. Only question would be do they always do so many regen's or is that something new to the tune? I mean I bet the truck has done 4 regeneration since the installation and that has been less than 700 miles. 500 of it was freeway. Idk exactly what fuel mileage was before exactly but now I know for a fact I am getting 29.8 mpg and that's driving 85 mph plus getting stuck in 3 25 min backups and not driving like a normal person. I've been like a kid with a new toy.

Ordered the combo tune with Regen message and engine braking. Can't say enough about these guys! Awesome customer service and I'm highly impressed with the tune! Made driving my pickup fun! I'll be hand calculating the mileage soon but it'll probably be off by a bit because I can't keep my foot out of it haha
