I went to get a refill like I do every time I’m here and for the first time ever told I needed an app never going to this Starbucks again, I was just here a few days ago and had diffrent people serve me and they never charged me to refill my coffee than they try to tell me that’s how it’s always been I was literal here three days ago for hours and had three or four refills free of charge I highly suggest taking your target business to the wixom location because at least they give you free refills and don’t charge

They sell reusable mugs but then don't accept them. In the Starbucks website it says that they do accept them despite of Covid as they found a method to do this safely. Do the baristas need some training?

Girl had a bad attitude early in the morning and lying to my face my mocha has Mocha syrup when it doesn’t.. Hate your job? Find somewhere to work and spend your hours serving people with positive behavior.

Every drink I have had from this Starbucks has been excellent, and the baristas are always very kind and friendly. Even though it is inside a Target, there is a nice, calm atmosphere.
