Went a few days ago to ask a questions and was treaded like I was an inconvenience to the guy at the front counter left and went to a local competitor they fixed my problem for free I ended up also buying a tablet from them at a reasonable price glad I went elsewhere

I have an old Blackberry Key1. Being 3 years old I guess that is good with out breaking a screen. I LOVE my QWERTY keyboard and DO NOT want to have to use a screen keyboard. So the cracked screen was a big deal. They FIXED it FAST and my phone is like new again! Having a new screen seems to make my phone more responsive and it seems to run faster. THANKS!!!
