From my experience yes, they may sit outside for like 30 mins in the morning before they can pull it in, they have a big storage area for cars indoors

You'll have to call and talk to a project representative.. It's a busy place they are usually booked up at least a month in advance.. But their work is top notch... Been there 3 times with my Mustang I'd trust them to do anything
