Right next door to Proud Lake is Kensington Metro Park. They have an 8 mile paved loop.
Unpaved but I think they all seem to be well worn. Not sure how well it would work out with all the rain we just had though
For wheelchairs would be a bumpy way to go, doable but I don't think it would be easy.
If you have an all terrain chair.
Not paved but the majority of them are relatively smooth.
