Not typically. The prices are the same unless you visit during a special event (Ghost Train for Halloween and Santa Train during Christmas). If you visit on a regular day you can expect the same price everyday. The park is closed now through April (I think). They close down entirely for the winter months and reopen for spring. I urge you to check out their website and Facebook page, both are very informative. Their website always has an event calendar for each season detailing special upcoming events and prices. My family loves Tweetsie. We had season passes last year and will probably purchase them again this year. It's a great place for families, especially families with young children!
Does ticket prices cover every thing in park
Only for special events like, day with Thomas or the ghost train, events like that.
Nope
Not sure check their website the last few times I've been there they weren't open at all
Not really, the holiday trains are only a little cheaper than regular visits

No, and they don't do daily discounts for locals.
