Lots of hills but able to do it in a wheelchair would work.
It has a handicapped ramp but it is steep in some areas. You can ride the train and the bus.
Yes. There are walking trails and everything is paved for a wheelchair. There is a bus you can take as well to go from the upper to lower attractions.
