Check your span folder... Unless you paid cash, your card statement should be a sufficient receipt... Otherwise, keep following the chain of management until someone offers some assistance...
Or they can pull it up with the telephone numbers that was used with your purchase.
Your receipt is there (unless your gave them a won't email Addy) check your spam. You can Take it back w/o a receipt, just tell them what happened. Ask a paper receipt next time.
You can get a paper receipt as well if you ask for it.
