Nice shopping plaza, but traffic is atrocious. It's so bad that it's not even worth going unless you can go early in the afternoon on a weekday.

Yes, they have a selection of salads and soups that are vegetarian and/or gluten free, and they are marked as such. None of the bread products are gluten free that i know of, but they have yogurts, fruit cups, and sometimes chocolate cookies that are gluten free.
