I just walked in to use the wash and fold service and encountered the worst customer service I have ever had in my life. The woman at the counter didn’t respond to me after I said hello. She then got upset because I came in at 3:40pm and …Shakeel, we are very sorry you experienced poor customer service. It sounds like we failed to provide friendly, efficient service in this interaction. I will follow up with all team members regarding this situation. While we try to provide same-day service for drop-off wash-dry-fold services, we do accept clothes for drop-off in the afternoon for service the next day. Please give us another try.
