My friend and I are interested in checking this place out, but are we able to go just for the day? We don't have a tent or a camper, not yet anyway. I keep seeing things about reservations and I can't understand the pricing system on the website too.

You can go for the day. Just call the office, or just show up on the day you want to visit.

They have day rates and welcome guest to come spend the day. Sunday evening through Thursday evening is definitely the quieter time of the week. Friday, Saturday, and Sunday the resteraunt is open in the resort and there are usually events going on. Please call and ask for information if you need, the front desk ladies are happy to answer.

You can get a day pass. You'll have access to the indoor and outdoor pool, snack bar, and hot tub along with the clubhouse. I think the day pass during the week is better because there are way fewer people and I enjoy the quiet. Try calling the resort during the day, before 5pm to talk to someone about the day pass.

There is a daily day rate. If you don't qualify for any of the discounts it's $45 per day whether you are single or a couple.
