Great location. No ac lots of bugs. 104-C The furniture is so absolutely worn out it is impossible to get comfortable. Both pullout sofas are broke and 1 of the 2 side chairs reeked of urine. We asked for new towels and the front desk told us to bring our dirty towels first. Don't bother with the gym the photos in this feed are NOT accurate.

The place needs some TLC. Our room was clean. Beds not very comfortable. The kitchen knife set had a broken knife which of coarse was the knife you would use the most. There was not a cookie sheet or any oven mitts. The pool area was very outdated and dirty. The chairs were nasty and trash was all over the floor. The hot tub had a very loud annoying squeak when you turned on the jets. There was an area outside the pool area that would have been nice to sit and relax but was very unkept. The activity area has a very musty smell. The playground area was kinda dangerous. There were big rocks dug up in the gravel with big holes. The people that were staying in the room under us smoked weed so our room smelled terrible. The view from our room was beautiful. No phones in the room and no AC. The windows in the room were either broke or very hard to open. The furniture was stained, outdated, and decor was so mix matched. There was one hanger in the closet.

I stayed here last week with my boyfriend and our niece and nephew (ages 10 and 11) and would definitely come back again. We were all very impressed with the layout of our apartment. There was plenty of space for us all to have our own areas at times when we needed a break from each other. :) Some of the furniture is a little outdated, and it wasn't necessarily as clean as it could have been but it really wasn't bad. We came here mostly for skiing and snowboarding at Sugar Mountain and the location is hard to beat. We arrived around 11pm and did a late check in with no issues, the keys were waiting in the lock box outside of the front office. 9/10 would recommend.

Good clean room. Cozy fireplace with a great view. Cost less than Marriott. Pool and hot tub access. Sugar Mountain skiing at bottom of hill. Restaurants and grocery close by. Steep roads coming in but low clearance cars no problem. Balcony. Good shower, lots of towels. Only downs - needed more soap and you take your own trash to dumpster. No biggie! Loved it. I'll be back!
