They do have a number. You have to look on the white door in there. The number is super small. I called and he came within the hour to get my money back.

Try the laundry mat across the street. Same person owns that one as well.
I would leave a note on the machine. I do know 2 times a day the owner comes in to get the change. I just don't know what time.
