I am furious. I went to get an oil change and was unable to due to issues with my car. No worries. I am upset because they completely left my oil cap off. It was left loose in my hood. I am very fortunate that I went to the nearest Jiffy Lube (less than 2 miles) where they caught it because I could have lost the cap and been unable to drive anywhere, including work. This could have caused permanent damage to my engine. I have tried calling the store and auto center multiple times and held the line until it hung up or otherwise stopped ringing without any response. There is no option to leave a voicemail.

No one answers the phone for Colonial Heights or for Petersburg. Going in person for help is not recommended. If you need to order tires you better come with knowledge of the subject matter yourself.

Poor the NO service provider check my oil and told me the oil was low. I said ok I was coming for a oil change. He wanted me to buy and put oil in it then they will do the oil change. I left and went somewhere else. Never will I go back to the PETERSBURG Location.........NEVER..........!!!

According to the website, it would cost $49.88 +tax for the full synthetic oil change.

They don't do alignment. Balancing with tire purchases, maybe.
They might tell you if you call before going. Otherwise I'd say it's unpredictable until you're ready to check out.
