Called Monday and got a next day service call. Our boiler would not turn on. Nick showed up on time, checked out the boiler and had the issue diagnosed within 10 minutes. We do not charge or repair window units at Colonial Plumbing and Heating. If it does need refrigerant there is a leak on the system which will probably cost more to repair and recharge than a new unit would cost. Unless it's under manufacturer warranty I think I would recommend replacing the unit rather than trying to repair and charge it. Sorry I couldn't help more. James Kester
