I do understand that drs hospital is owned by the same corporation isn't that a shame nameless and uncaring giant corporations own our local hospitals and it shows. I can only imagine what treatment is like there especially since the hospital let my mother die when in their care and to keep her from being able to tell us about the horrible situation and treatment she was getting they put her on a ventilator and we never got to speak with our mother before she died. Wouldn't send my worst enemy either place.

First night there, a fight between two patients broke out ,,they donβt care about dietary needs, and will say you refused medication because they werenβt able to give me correct dose,, drs refused to give me my inhaler, and even threw away the meds I had taken in there, (emt had told me to take them with me but they still threw it out) they were out of shoes for more than 72 hrs, unsure if they had got some when I was discharged,,majority of the nurses arenβt friendly,,took about 3 days for me to get a meal and it was after I got discharged,,they let patients walk into your room while showering so you could only imagine what could happen to you or your loved one,,,0/5 stars for a facility whoβs supposed to help,,even overheard an older nurse say she was going to work overtime just for the check π π€¦ββοΈ

An actual terrible facility. Patients walking around barefoot, taking 12 hours to give me my clothes, very unhelpful. Best person there was a Stan State Student who came to visit (she was the only good person). Please fix this place.

72 hours. Then if the feel your alright you can go home.
No would not recommend but most are sent here donβt have a choice.
In general, people with mental health issues are treated poorly. You see this everywhere. A lot of people are stigmatized into treating them like they are not even human beings. Itβs really sad that this does appear to also happen at DBH, a place where it absolutely should not happen.
6pm to 8pm
No
Go to intake
They will never tell you or provide any credentials they are a very corrupt facility
There the worst my girl friend was consered for one year .that was twenty two months ago. The county and telecare did it to her for the case management money.we asked for help and all we got was disiformation they confused her deamed her mentally incompetent and me not in her best interest so I completed NAMI family to family twelve week class with any luck I will see them in court soon. Don't take your loved ones there if they r there make sure you get power of attorney and keep telecare out of the picture slg.
If you were brought into a mental health facility against your will due to the circumstances described above, you may be held for up to 72 hours for treatment and evaluation unless the person in charge can establish that you need an additional 14 days of mental health treatment. https://www.dhcs.ca.gov/services/Documents/DHCS_Handbook_English.pdf
