Super amazing service! Arielle Compton is the best and talked me through what I needed to know about opening my first account with BofA, I would answer the survey but I couldn’t find it, but she is definitely the one to request or book an appt with if your wanting to open an account!

After 30 years being this branch's so called preferred gold client, I deposited a large check from one of my other banks and after giving me a counter credit was notified by e mail on the 16th that it was on hold. Today is 22nd and still on hold even due the check was cleared and deducted from my smaller bank. After calling the customer service I was told will be clear on the 26th. I never had a return check or deposit ever. It's time to close all my and extended families account in this too big to care BofA. Shame on you to treat your clients like this. The manager and head teller should be ashamed also since they see my banking record after 30 years. Ray Sargoni

The “Shaggy’s Channel” Woke Channel

I cannot believe this place I go in and I wait in line for 35 minutes in a long line and they tell me when I get to the window that they can’t tell me their check depositing limit but I’m sorry I can’t cash a check for six grand six grand check I can’t believe they can’t cash my check because I don’t have an account with them for one and for two they said well if you have time you should just go cash it with chime I don’t understand them what bank turns you away for six grand worst customer service I have ever received at any bank at any time in my entire life I am so done with these corporate America banks that screw us over!!!!! Zeros all the way!!! Boycott unless yu bank here get yur money and run!!!
