HORRIBLE! Matt from your company was abrasive and rude yelling at me about whatever was in my drain to clog it. I just moved into the unit and said I was not sure what it was. He yelled (literally) about how you can’t put ANYTHING down disposals. I asked him what you are able to put down disposals and what are they even for he yelled some more. When I asked him to take it down a notch he yelled ‘I’m sorry you feel this way!’ Then finished and left my house without one word to me to let me know it was fixed or finished or anything. Very very unpleasant. Didn’t not feel comfortable with someone like that in our home while I was the only one here. Extremely poor customer service to say the very least!

Horrible experience with this company. The service has not been the greatest lately. I strongly suggest you use another plumber.

We used the service 8/23. The plumber was a nice guy, did a great job. We wrote a check that day, August 23. We are renting, so we wanted a copy of the invoice to give to our landlord. As of today September 10th, we have never received a copy of the paid invoice to give to our landlord. Talked to the office several times and get the runaround and get bizarre reasons why we can’t get a copy of the bill. Great service, but ask for some sort of receipt before the plumber leaves your property.
