We have worked with St. Paul Pipeworks on small and large projects in our 1915 home. Tony, Paul, and team are responsive, friendly, and do an excellent job when they are onsite.

Didn't diagnose problem before replacing a part. After I spent $300 they tell me it's another part that is the problem. Not cool.

They were the best plumbers we ever had. They were able to fix problems that others were not able to fix. On top of that they were so nice! Also, it just happened that I dropped a valued necklace down sink drain just before they were coming to help with our main issues. It was panic mode. They were able to get my necklace back to my great relief. Highly recommend!

I thought St Paul Pipeworks would be my go to plumbers. Met the owner, thought it was a solid company with old school values. I will NEVER use them again and my opinion is completely changed. I have a duplex and I was remodeling my bathrooms, called STP Pipework to get my shower/bath kit and valves replaced. I called them and they said it would be $920. I thought okay, that is fair. The guy on the phone told me 920 for brand new delta shower kit, I told him he they install the shower kit and leave the trim kit for the contractors they can put it together..... two days later, my contractors said when are the plumbers coming back? I said aren't you guys putting in the trim kit? They said no, the plumber never left one. I called back STP pipework and they figured out that they didn't tell the plumber what shower kit I had ordered, so they would send one out in the next couple days with the shower kit. The guy showed up two days later and got it installed but we were without a shower because of this.... Then the bill comes and it's over $1000. I see there is a $90 service charge. I called and asked and the guy seemed annoyed I asked. I said I was quoted 920. He said we do a service charge on all calls, it's the fee for us showing up...... I said but I was quoted 920, you never mentioned an extra 90 dollar fee and now it's almost 100 dollars more. He said, it's a service fee we apply to all calls, all plumbers do it. I look up my past bill with STP Pipework, no $90 service fee. For my second bathroom, I did the smart call of contacting Paul Buyan Plumbing for my second bathroom. Same exact service bathtub/shower valve kit. Quoted it at $930...... when the bill came $930. No $90 service fee and they didn't mess up, they actually brought the shower kit. I don't respect companies with hidden fees and bad customer service. This was my last time and I would recommend going elsewhere.

I don't know if they offer emergency service. They are very professional, and thorough. They have helped me twice and I have been very satisfied. I would advise you to call them to ask them the question you asked me. They're all ears for you on the phone.

Does St Paul Pipeworks Professional Plumbing, Heat and Air have experienced service technicians?

Yeah, they are top-notch, no doubt. They're like specialists, kind of like doctors. They will explain what they're doing but you won't understand because the lingo is super specific. Very thorough, very professional, I've always been satisfied with their work.
