Today at this CH location there was a lady working by herself but she kept the line going fast. She was kind and clearly a hard worker. Please make sure she knows she’s appreciated. Interactions can either boost or fade your day. This was a boost!

“D” at this store has gone over and above his call of duty in assisting me in returning a gown to David’s Bridal. Trust me, the circumstances surrounding the bride and groom-to-be is unbelievable. The bride-to-be arrived home (the same day the gown was delivered to MY house so he wouldn’t accidentally find it at their home), and she found him dead under his van. He was replacing a part, the jack slipped, it broke his neck and he died instantly. I had 6 days to return the gown, and on day 6 (the day of his funeral), I walked in to UPS and “D” took right over. He was so polite, professional and caring, not to mention he had me in and out of the store in no time flat! All too often people are so easy to whip out a negative review because they had to stand in line or they’re having a bad day and everything makes them mad……can’t people just stop and look at the positives in people and comment on that? “D” deserves a huge THANK YOU from me. He’s genuinely a motivated young man with a bright future ahead of him!

I'm not sure what the young lady name Is I believe she is a manager she promised to process my refund and call me the next day when she did it and did everything she said she would do she was very helpful and professional
