My husband currently receives services from care advantage ( Colonial Heights) . His worker today made the excuse that she was going out to her car to get her lunch...then she abruptly left without giving my husband any notice. I am very disappointed in the way my husband and my family is being treated. My husband could have ended up in a serious diabetic complication and have no one here to help him. (I was at work while this was happing)

I see these reviews and unfortunately I’m going to tell you what’s going’s on!!!! First of all a big thank you to the office not the caregivers!!! The caregivers take on a case then by morning I’ll get awakened by a phone call 6:15 in a.m saying the worker called out!!! What type of people are they hiring!!! What ever happened to caregivers that had a passion for this type of work!!!! I’m soooooooooo frustrated!!!!

My sister in law recently went home from being in the hospital. She is considered at this time a total care client. Care Advantage stopped her services abruptly because they said she owes them 1,500 dollars. They have abandoned her with no help, no one to give her meds and she's a diabetic, no one to give her food , or provide basic care. She receives medicaid. This company is God awful and they have sent incompetent aides who stays on their phones instead of work.
