As a former Round Table Pizza worker at another store in another city 15 years ago. They most likely cut corners. The pizza dough should be a half half mixture of new and 1 day old dough. They most likely use 2 or 3 day old dough. The main topping they must buy from corporate so its hard to mess that up (cheese and meats). All the pizza at my store was made fresh. If they don't sell enough pizza then food sits longer. My store was moving about 150 to 180 pizzas a day. 200 plus on weekends. If you order pizza from them look at the order number in relation to the time of day. You'll see if they're busy or not
