Rudest customer service when I called because they burnt one part of my order. I just wanted to see if there was any way it could be replaced and the girl began to argue that “it’s made that way” which it isn’t because I’ve ordered that item many times. Very unhappy and this service is unacceptable.

Like how are you gonna make me pay for wings that I won’t eat if they are not cooked right 🥺I asked 🤦🏻♀️ Kindly for my wings to be extra crispy and When I came in they were not extra done I asked him to put them in the oven he proceeded to tell me that they are done and went to the back may be placed my wings to the side and did not throw them in the oven and came back and gave them to me and they still were damn near raw so irritating

As a former Round Table Pizza worker at another store in another city 15 years ago. They most likely cut corners. The pizza dough should be a half half mixture of new and 1 day old dough. They most likely use 2 or 3 day old dough. The main topping they must buy from corporate so its hard to mess that up (cheese and meats). All the pizza at my store was made fresh. If they don't sell enough pizza then food sits longer. My store was moving about 150 to 180 pizzas a day. 200 plus on weekends. If you order pizza from them look at the order number in relation to the time of day. You'll see if they're busy or not
