Are there plans to close Macy's at Union Square?

Not at all. Macy's at Union Square is an iconic and ideal place for people in San Francisco.

I just bought a dress from french connection on friday and washed it cause there where some stains on the dress. I washed it cold and delicate as mentioned on the label and ones i took it out of the machine i was in chock it was frayed on many places. I live in Amsterdam in the Netherlands and don’t know when i am back in the states. It was a new dress and not on sale. What can i do?

No, they are consolidating. The men's department will no longer be in a separate building but eventually on 6th floor. I think what the call "the annex" close to Stockton will have parts sold off. But seems to me if they close Union Square then Macy's would, as a company, be in real trouble.
