First time in San Francisco and stayed here for 3 nights. Woman at the front desk was very helpful, was able to check in early which was a great start. Room size was decent with a big bathroom. Cable Tv, iron + board, A/C, and Safe. No microwave in the room. Location is great, was able to walk to most places and Bart station 2 blocks away. Housekeeping was on point every day. Overall great experience and great staff. Will stay again here next time I'm in SF. Definitely recommend this place

It's ok for the price. It's affordable and in a really great location right in the heart of the city. Beds were comfortable and clean. The room is tiny. Smallest you'll ever stay in. That's all fine it's worth what you pay. The problem was the bag of Victoria secret that came up missing after they cleaned the room. We came back from shopping and got ready for dinner, my wife put on a new pair of her panties after cleaning up then we hit the town. We came back and the room had been cleaned. The next morning we realized the bag of Victoria secret was gone. Hotel staff took a report but nothing was done. So lock your stuff up or don't have them clean the room.

Positive: Nothing Negative: Plenty. Uncomfortable pillows. Neck and headache every morning. Bathroom is so small. A/C. Musty smell in room. Weed smell in hallways..and strong in elevator. 1 elevator. Bar wasn¿t open. Restaurant wasn¿t open.

Honestly, the only positives to this place are the facts that the staff is super super nice, and there’s a pool table. For starters, the room was EXTREMELY small. The fridge was super faulty, either didn’t work or would absolutely freeze everything. We didn’t have any kind of air or AC, just a fan, but was instructed that cracking a window would help. However, whatever exhaust was right outside our window would randomly emit gas so we just kind of had to be uncomfortable the whole time due to our room getting really warm. The water pressure kind of sucks, and the sink doesn’t really like.. rinse? Lots of build up. Key cards stopped working a ton as well, which was frustrating. It’s a cheap place to stay though, so I guess that’s a plus. Overall I would’ve just spent more to stay somewhere else. Again though, the staff are super sick. Very nice people, very helpful!

I do not remember, but have this information on booking sites, booking type or Héteis.com
It was safe, is true what downtown doesn't have a homeless person, we walked around for a couple hours and also when to a couple restaurants with in walking distance, I would say it was ok to be out
Yes! On ground floor itself
