The hotel is very central. The rooms are very nice. When you're in San Francisco, you know it's not all that big. A suite is great. You can quickly get to everything worth seeing. There are many breakfast places within walking distance.

This small hotel in the Union Square neighbourhood of San Francisco was a perfect place from which to explore the city. The rooms were very clean, the bed comfortable, and the hotel very quiet despite being in the heart of a busy neighbourhood. The staff were friendly and helpful. We will stay here again.

Positive: we were pleasantly surprised by this unassuming hotel! it¿s in a great location - close to shops & coffee & the action of union square. it was easy to uber to everywhere in the city. the room was spacious, clean, & beautifully designed! Negative: needing an initial code to get into the building was confusing. thankfully there was someone to open the door for us to check in, but i feel like if we came at a different time, we might have struggled.

Positive: Location and cleanliness. The room is nicely decorated. Although the breakfast is gone, the coffee and tea time is also nice. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Negative: The hotel is definitely overrated and it may not need you expectations. First it has windows but you cannot see anything as they are blocked. This is not marked on anywhere when booking the hotel. Second, the restroom is not well ventilated. Very humid.
