Typical SF rooms, just big enough. This is an older hotel that has been updated but you can tell it has not been gutted by the build-ups from several renovations. Great location in Union Square, perfect if you're heading to see the Giants or Warriors.

We enjoyed our stay. The hotels was centrally located, safe and the desk attendants were very nice and helpful. The room was small but had everything we needed and the bed and pillows were so nice I slept great our whole stay. My only complaint is the terrible coffee.

The room was very clean and well stocked. The bed was comfortable and it had everything we needed. Very cute hotel! I came all the way from Orlando, FL never been on the west coast so I paid attention to the reviews. Walls were kinda thin but it wasn’t noisy at all. Heard just a few ppl as they exited their rooms. Staff was very nice and accommodating. Very pleased with this stay! It is also close to so much. I walked all over the place and the location is great. Very big homeless population but felt very safe in this hotel. They lock the doors at 11pm for guest safety (you can still go on an out, just have to show your key). 100% recommend!

Whew child, while the staff is as amazing as everyone says; I still am Giving them a three star for climate control since that’s a HUGE factor for me in comfort. The room is FREEZING. This tiny little heater provided does NOTHING just like the many reviews on hotels.com say. I guess I could have informed them but it sucks to have to call the front desk about every little single thing. One review says she was afforded a portable heater and I wonder truly how effective that was. Thinking I should have asked for one too perhaps. There’s also no fridge or microwave which seems to be typical for hotels out here however some really do have them. It’s amazing how much food is truly wasted when you don’t have that and how essential it really is. There’s also no type of breakfast or free coffee here if that matters to you. As I type this though, I’m literally freezing and my joints are in intense pain from this ridiculously cold room that feels like I’m literally inside. I reccomend spending a little more and staying elsewhere. I think this is a 3 stop tops not a 3.5 but with the extreme lack of heat, I’d give it a 2. I’ve been more comfortable in a motel 6. It is a comfortable bed but it makes no difference when the room feels like I’m camping outdoors with this ridiculous tiny heater. Thank you to the staff though. They are really nice. No shade to them!!

No. They recommend Uber (it costs about as much as their concierge service back to the SFO) if you take other transportation, do know that it may leave yout a few blocks away and you'll have to walk uphill.
I didn't see one, but hotel is in the center of everything you need!!
Hi Michael, Thank you for reaching out. Yes, you can use a debit card to check in and pay for the room. Cheers, Reservations Team
Hi Anna, Thank you for reaching out. The cost from the hotel to SFO is $17.00 per person. Cheers,
Hi Claire P, Thank you for reaching out. No worries, the hotel will gladly store your luggage at no extra charge. Cheers,
We stayed here a few weeks back. Rooms are clean, staff are lovely... would stay again xx
Hi Margaret, We have an affiliation with the parking garage on 450 Sutter Street. Pull into our white zone upon arrival and we will direct you to the garage. The cost is $35 plus tax per night. Cheers, Steven Viscio, GM
Hi Nathan, If you have a reservation you will only need a state issued ID or passport and a credit card that matches the ID. We look forward to seeing you. Cheers, Steven Viscio, GM
They don't have their own shuttle bus but can order one for you. Honestly you are better to take the BART to the airport. Download the app and pay that way, it's cheaper. You'll also get to the airport faster.
Yes, I believe they offer a laundry service.
Hi Sylvain, You have two options. Valet parking is $52 plus tax and self parking is $42.00 plus tax. The front desk will guide you to the parking garage when you arrive. Cheers, Steven Viscio, GM
The have valet parking available at 524 Powell St, right around the corner from the hotel.
Do uber pool or Lyft pool. Way cheaper.
