Yes for most of it. There are definitely areas that will be a more difficult push as they are unpaved and rough. Indoor bathrooms are available.

Yes there are paved paths as well as gravel ones and yes there are restrooms in the Visitors center opened until 5pm and restrooms on the back lower level of the Visitors center you can enter from outside the building as well.
