Yes there is a tower you can climb. It's a wooden structure with an incredible view from the top. Children and adults love it.

I remember the old tower. No one was allowed to climb that one. They built the current one about 20 years ago after they replanted the hedge letters. It is not handicap accessible, but the stairs are standard stairs to reach the top.
