I bought a .5 gram vape cartridge and it was the worst I’ve ever seen or tried in my life. It was black, tasted like metal and made me light headed. I only got this specific one because an employee adamantly recommended to me saying “this is a staple product, anyone who comes in here who loves good flavor always grabs one of these”. So clearly the employee used me to dump their defective junk product on as I wasn’t sure what to buy and would have bought anything he recommended. Won’t ever be back that’s for sure

Staff is generally rude and dismissive, also they didn't apply advertised discounts to products, the store in Chillicothe is far superior and much cleaner. The Newark store has lots of dust and small paper scraps in the entrance and the security guard was asleep outside next to the door.
