Woman at the front was about as rude, nasty and incoherent as possible. Got the order wrong, couldn't get the change correct and then also couldn't even get the drink right. That's another thing. I had to ask them to get my drink because the machine in the lobby isn't broke. It just hasn't been filled for any of the flavors. Holy Christ Wendy's, someone from corporate needs to come show these folks how to run a fast food restaurant.

Clean, service was ok. Honestly the people cooking and working there looked like slobs. One was coughing all over food orders. They were talking inappropriately. There was a hold for fries, I don't mind fresh but the rest of our food was cold from sitting on the tray.

I just ordered from here and I am not doing it ever again. My sandwhich only had half the toppings, my baked potato had no sour cream with it and had a rotten spot on the bottom, and no straw for my drink.

Spin the roulette wheel and see what you've won! Did you wait 40 minutes in the drive through line unable to escape? Did you get a ton of food you didn't order or pay for? Perhaps you didn't even get everything included in a simple breakfast combo meal... Hell, one time they put giant letters on the wall and couldn't even spell 'fries' right. I don't normally review fast food restaurants, but this one is by far the worst I've ever experienced. I still go every now and then just to see if they have improved, but shame on me for doing so. They haven't got anything right in the last dozen times I've been there. Just go out to 21st street. Its worth the trip.

You're not alone I'm totally dissatisfied with h them too. I knew Dave Thomas and he would be appalled at the lack of professionalism with the management. I'm glad he doesn't have to see it. They used to be the best place to get a burger in town. Not anymore! My orders are screwed up every time I go-in one way or the other. Missing items, not cooked the way I ordered on etc. I was told to come back and they would replace an order that they really messed up it wasn't even edible and they told me I needed to have the receipt. Does anybody keep their receipts from a hamburger purchase?! Really? The food wasn't even edible.My name was given to the cashier was sitting by the register and the manager on shift said no you have to have a receipt before we can do anything like that. It's amazing to me all the different ways that they can screw up in order I heard the one on 21st Street is much better than the one in Heath. It might be worth the drive to try. I hate to give up on Wendys.
