Is anyone else super dissatisfied with every visit here? Definitely needs work and seems like every wendys around is just going downhill after finally starting to come back up. Very disappointing.

You're not alone I'm totally dissatisfied with h them too. I knew Dave Thomas and he would be appalled at the lack of professionalism with the management. I'm glad he doesn't have to see it. They used to be the best place to get a burger in town. Not anymore! My orders are screwed up every time I go-in one way or the other. Missing items, not cooked the way I ordered on etc. I was told to come back and they would replace an order that they really messed up it wasn't even edible and they told me I needed to have the receipt. Does anybody keep their receipts from a hamburger purchase?! Really? The food wasn't even edible.My name was given to the cashier was sitting by the register and the manager on shift said no you have to have a receipt before we can do anything like that. It's amazing to me all the different ways that they can screw up in order I heard the one on 21st Street is much better than the one in Heath. It might be worth the drive to try. I hate to give up on Wendys.

I personally love that Wendy's. They have the best burgers of all the Wendy's around here and the service is always good and fast. Being a single man I eat there at least 2 times a week and I have never had a bad experience
