How in the hell does one get a hold of customer service?! They don't answer my emails and the customer service phone number does not work!!! Incredible! This is the second time so shame on me. Does anyone have a contact number for IKEA?

Unfortunately you really almost need to go in to get answers. Taking a number and waiting is the only way I've ever gotten my issues resolved here.

I have tried Twitter and the will respond to you but I don't know if they will get the exact information that you need for an specific store.
