Is there a way to talk to a customer service in Renton, WA store? I called and it ranged 3 times then someone hunged up.

I called 17 times one day and the line was busy every time. Seems like it's "off the hook". Terrible customer service. Long check out lines. Store employees are pretty helpful. Doing a kitchen takes several attempts to get the out of stocks and return line is long. Ikea used to be good but it's gone down hill!

There's almost no way to get a hold of them by phone most days unless you have their specific number to their store and you know the extension to dial. They just don't have enough staff to handle the call volumes.
