We went in this evening to get some food and there was no line. However there did appear to be a “line” of receipts from call in orders that the workers were fulfilling. Now that I don’t mind, but not a single worker acknowledged our presence, made eye contact, or even said hi. They pretended we weren’t even there! A family standing behind us left because of this rude behavior. It took over 10 minutes before we, the only in store customers, were finally served. I have had good customer experiences at Chipotle but this was not acceptable. Hope that things can change from here on out.

Hopping on the “this is the worst chipotle experience of my life” thread. Seriously inconsistent, and blatantly rude employees. My bowl was practically empty when I opened it. I ordered online and picked up, so obviously I only find out when I get home. Been here a few times before and had terrible service but this just knocks it out of the park.

Declining quality, rapidly declining portion sizes mixed with higher prices. Not exactly the recipe for guest satisfaction. And this location is always out of both salsas these days. I think this has more to do with the brand but this location has been quite the disappointment each time I’ve gone.
