I do not know what happened to my review can not find it, so I will post it again, I ordered a deluxe tostado. When my order arrived I never touch the food and immediately told them this is not what I ordered, they continued to try to force it on me, I had ordered the same order a week before. This was not a cheap tostado, and was suppose to include the pork Verde, They told me the refried beans were on the tostado, I said they were on the side last time. I tried to find the beans on the tostado they were almost invisible. The presentation looked like a pile of garbage with sour cream on the side. They charged me extra for the pork, I can only say buyer beware, they stole from me. The dinner was horrible

I've been coming here for about 6 months and normally the food is very good and my service is usually very good as well. However, just now at 4:45PM on 6/30/2022 I called to ask how much the margaritas cost, however, whoever the lady is that answered the phone was extremely rude to me completely unprompted and I'm left feeling angry and confused. "Hi can you tell me how much the margaritas are?" her response "no...." ?? so then I ask "is there anyone you can ask?" "no..." and this went on for awhile as I was in disbelief of what was even happening. Then she hung up on me for the second time! The first time I called she just said "hold on" and then hung up on me, I could hear her put the phone back into the reciever. Why would you speak to a customer this way for simply asking how much your drinks cost? You've now lost my business.

We were looking for a restaurant while traveling through town and my girlfriend spotted this place. We've frequented Mazatlan restaurants elsewhere and generally enjoyed them with some exceptions. This one seemed alright. But the higher class, but acceptable. J was disappointed at how dirty and run down the bathrooms were however. The prices of the meals also seemed a little excessive. If I'm paying more due the same food I would've thought the bathrooms could be cleaner. The food was decent. The service was good. Waitress checked on us repeatedly, so that was good.

We were greeted at the door and seated promptly by the smiling host. We sat in the bar and were pleased to find out it was happy hour and appetizers were half off. The beautiful smiling bartender brought us chips and some very tasty salsa and some menus. We ordered appetizers and they are huge! I took home 1/2 of mine, and my companion ordered 2 appetizers and took home 1/2 of each of them. We didn't have drinks as we weren't going to be there very long,but the margharitas we saw were big and looked amazing. They were fresh and tasted great. It was a great visit with friendly staff and good food and service.
