I needed an emergency test for covid. I could not find an open appointment in the area for several days. I called IORA for help or suggestions. They told me to come in that day, and they would do the test. They called me with the results the next day. I so appreciate all that they do!

This is my dad's new PCP and I can say it's the best doctor's office I've been to. From new patient intake, front desk, nurses, the health coach, to the doctor, everyone was super helpful, friendly, and seemed to want the best for my dad. Iora has a health coach for each patient which is very helpful as they are the advocates for their patients to ensure proper care is received by documenting concerns, summarizing each visit, coordinating any referrals/authorizations, follow-ups, etc. My dad's first visit was an HOUR long to get his medical background and to get familiar with my dad as a new patient. I feel very comfortable with Iora being my dad's PCP and highly recommend them to others for senior care. Plus they are contracted with Medicare Humana so they are familiar with their policies and coverage. The facility looks new, is clean, and has a comfortable environment. The Renton location is easily accessible with plenty of parking.

Iora primary care in Renton has been my favorite clinic since I moved two years ago. Doctor and nurses are friendly and very helpful to consult and treatment. Together with my wife, I am very happy with it and gladly recommend to my friends.

We are a primary care doctor’s office for adults on Medicare. We offer in person, video and telephone visits for patients. Our patients have access to a Behavioral Health Specialist on-site. Our patients are also able to access an Iora provider 24/7 by phone for urgent needs after business hours or on the weekends. We also have on-site laboratories and can coordinate transportation when you need help getting to appointments.In addition, we provide exercise and health and wellness group classes.
We’re Iora, a doctor’s office dedicated to providing quality primary care for adults 65 and older on Medicare. We’re here for seniors with quality care that’s focused only on you. As an Iora patient, you receive a primary care provider and Health Coach who are focused on your needs, and you are also supported by a care team. We practice relationship-based care, which means we take the time to get to know our patients and value the relationships we build with them.
We are open and welcoming new patients, and remain on call for our patients 24/7. While COVID-19 remains a threat, especially for older adults, we are encouraging video visits as the best first option for most care. For patients in need of in-person care, we are taking measures to safeguard the health of our patients and care teams in our practices. This includes cleaning the exam room after every appointment, wearing personal protective equipment, as well as requiring patients to wear masks when they are at the practice.
We can partner with any specialist that is in your insurance network. If you have existing relationships with specialists, great! Feel free to keep them. If not, we can recommend one.
While we are not affiliated with any hospital, we can work with any hospital that is within your network and we can coordinate with your loved ones to help ensure you are getting the care you need.
