Acted like things were okay at the office, everything was normal. And I quote "Oh they don't like you walking in with paper so we're going to fax it over." And then drop you without even filling out their own form. Very professional. These guys don't care about you, they want to get you into dangerous operations that make them money, because obviously pain pills don't. They want to get you off opiods-whether or not you need them doesn't matter to them. Beware of these guys. They'll take you, who's been on Opiods for years, and suddenly drop you without any semblance of warning for as little as not bringing in pill bottles like they requested. It's not like I could've brought them in later, or they could've said something to the extent of "We're not filling prescriptions until we see the pill bottles." Nope, just gotta go with the nuclear option because they don't care.

The pain in my lower back is worse after the RF ablation. I would recommend another treatment facility. Additionally, they annotated my records as near 100% pain free. I asked for a medical record correction, but my request was ignored. Terrible customer service.

After my waitlist number cleared, I received my COVID vaccine shot at the Renton clinic. It was easy to find, very friendly and not at all crowded. The friendly staff knew about my appointment and Brenda done a quick and caring job with my inoculation. What a nice surprise! I would definitely consider visiting them again should I need their pain care services.

I went to Anesis Pain Care's Bellevue clinic to receive a 24 hour Covid-19 test and I was SO impressed with the process. I spoke with wonderful, helpful customer service representatives on the phone who set up my online account. The online scheduling and patient portal were each super easy to use. I received clear and easy instructions on how to complete testing once I arrived to the clinic. Once I was there, the nurse assisted me in completing the test on the spot so I never even had to leave my car. So effecient and professional - I'm recommending Anesis to everyone I've talked to, should they ever need to test for Covid. Thank you for making this process stress-free and painless!
