Just walking in the door gave me a uncomfortable feeling. Staff was rude and unapproachable. Very short when speaking to you. Just a all around bad experience.

i have to get drug screens regularly for my employment and this is the first time they sent me to concentra instead of labcorp. they told me at the desk “this will take 45 minutes to an hour” but i have been sitting in the lobby with a full bladder for over an hour. if you need to do any pre employment clinic, i suggest asking your employer to send authorization for labcorp and avoid concentra at all costs. This is the last time i will be coming here.
